Please read carefully- different products fall under different return policies. Please check the product listing for specific warranty information about that product.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
LASER POINTERS
Laser pointers are not returnable. (This is because they cannot be re-sold once used).
This policy applies to both head mounted lasers and hand held lasers. If you are not sure whether or not a laser will work for you, please consider a trial on a rental laser.
(Please see the warranty on laser product page for our policy on adapting laser pointers. We will adapt lasers for a nominal fee for people with changing abilities.)
MOUNTED POSTERS
The posters mounted onto plastic boards are not returnable.
ETRAN BOARDS
E-Tran Boards are not returnable.
RETURNABLE ITEMS:
EXTRA SMALL , SMALL & SCANNING COMMUNICATION BOARDS
UNMOUNTED POSTERS
Extra Small, Small & Scanning communication boards, unmounted posters and e-tran boards are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in pristine condition. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Return shipping is not included.
Please contact us for an RA Number if you need to return any of these items. Items must be received within 10 business day of initial request for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
